Located just 5 minutes from the center of Hagfors, you’ll find our authentic Swedish holiday home dating back to 1924. Enjoy modern comforts, Swedish charm, and a beautiful location at the edge of the forest on a 1600 m² plot. Perfect for a relaxing nature experience.
Entrance
Spacious entrance with a coat rack and shoe rack. Provides access to the living room, kitchen, and the stairs leading to both the first floor and the basement.
Please note: There are no stair gates available.
Living Room
Cozy living room on the ground floor with large windows that provide plenty of natural light.
Original wooden window frames and a pellet stove create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Dining Room
The dining room, featuring a spacious 6-person dining table, opens onto the garden through French doors and provides access to the porch. Perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in nature on summer days.
Kitchen
Large, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Modern appliances include a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, combi-oven, and induction hob.

Bedrooms
Upper Floor: The upper floor of the holiday home features two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double box-spring bed (160×200 cm), perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom features a double bed (160×200 cm), complemented by two single box-spring beds (90×200 cm).
Both rooms feature large windows that offer stunning views, while also providing plenty of natural light and a pleasant atmosphere.
Souterrain: An extra bedroom, perfect for guests or family members who value their privacy, featuring a comfortable small double bed (120×200 cm)

Souterrain: Douche ruimte en een apart toilet
Upper Floor: Shower room and a separate toilet.
Laundry Room
Souterrain: Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. This room also houses the ground source heat pump.
The laundry room has an external door leading outside.

Spacious, well-maintained garden surrounding the holiday home, ideal for summer evenings and relaxing in the open air.
Lovely wraparound porch on two sides of the holiday home, where you can enjoy the sunset and the stunning views. Thanks to the house’s elevated position, you have a wide, panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
The holiday home is situated at the edge of the forest, allowing you to walk straight into nature directly from the house.

Smoke-free home: For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house.
