What is included?
At Hus Björken, we value clarity. That is why the following items are included in the price as standard, so your holiday can start completely worry-free:
Water & Electricity
Included in the rental price; we count on responsible consumption due to Swedish peak load charges.
WiFi
Unlimited access to a high-speed connection; ideal for streaming movies or getting a bit of work done.
Bed Linen & Towels
The beds are already made upon arrival and towels are ready for you in the house.
Additional costs
To ensure everything is taken care of down to the last detail, we apply some fixed additional costs. This guarantees a clean house and a high-quality stay for every guest:
Final cleaning:
The final cleaning fee is €100 per stay; this allows you to head off relaxed on your day of departure.
Security deposit:
The security deposit of €200 is a fixed amount as security; this will be refunded within 7 days.
Pets:
Your four-legged friend is welcome upon request for €50 per stay; this covers the cost of additional cleaning.
